Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert Lead with a Master’s degree in Agriculture and 1-2 years of experience interacting with farmers in-person and/or via phone. The ideal candidate will provide expert crop advice, engage with farmers, and support the marketing team in content creation and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide crop advice to farmers over the call, WhatsApp, or in-person.
2. Engage and guide farmers through outbound calls and other communication channels.
3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
4. Execute sales of agricultural inputs, particularly seeds, available on our Portfolio.
5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Conduct farmer meetings and training workshops as required.
7. Assist the marketing team in creating plans and content.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Agriculture.
• 1-2 years of experience interacting with farmers.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and products.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in sales and customer engagement.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
