Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with 3 -5 years of work
experience in marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing
various aspects of digital marketing, administrative tasks, customer management, website
management, retail communications, events, and reporting. This role requires a proactive
individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
● Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn) by ensuring
the Content Calendar is on schedule and up-to-date.
● Daily tracking of posts and captions against approved feed, ensuring adherence to the
process note.
● Act as the point of contact for the Digital Agency and ensure timely execution of the
Social Media process note.
● Monitor ad campaigns to ensure they run smoothly with the correct creative, CTA,
budget, audience, etc.
● Create ad campaign reports immediately after campaign completion.
● Ensure receipt of quarterly reports from the digital agency, including content hits and
misses, UGC, response management, audience, timing data, and other details.
● Manage Online Response Management (ORM) by responding to comments and DMs on
all social media platforms.
● Respond to queries/reviews on Google My Business (GMB).
● Track and refill Meta prepaid funds.
● Manage digital phone recharge and track/refill Meta Funds.
Customer Management:
● Handle leads and pass them to respective stores.
● Send WhatsApp bulk messages for event or festival greetings.
● Create and maintain customer lists for WhatsApp bulk messages and distribution of
invites.
● Generate weekly reports on price inquiries, general information, marketing/production
inquiries, etc.
Google My Business:
● Manage GMB for all stores.
● Update GMB for all events.
● Ensure correct and accurate information is available online.
Website:
● Act as the manager for the new website, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for the Website Development Agency and internal e-commerce team.
Retail Communications:
● Update stores on changes in in-store communications.
● Inform the retail team of event communication plans and ensure they are followed.
● Manage the iPad application, ensuring it is synced every two days and runs smoothly
without glitches.
● Act as the point of contact for stores and software developers for any application issues
or changes in the iPad
Events - Zoho CRM:
● Ensure leads/contacts are correctly created for all event walk-ins.
● Provide stores with the correct information for different events to be fed into Zoho.
Reporting:
● Generate weekly and monthly reports for inquiries on WhatsApp/Social Media.
● Daily and completion reports for ad campaigns.
● Next-day and monthly reports for WhatsApp bulk messages.
● Monthly reports for ad spends, reach, engagement, CPL, etc.
● Create monthly reports on interactions on our GMB page.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
● Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a plus
