Roles and Responsibilities

Conducting interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for various roles

Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment events

Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates

Communicating effectively with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates on their application status

Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process

Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities

Managing time effectively to balance multiple recruitment tasks and meet deadlines

Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns arising during the recruitment process
