Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team at Trident Dispatch. As an Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for projects and ensuring effective cost monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have excellent timeline management skills and be able to solve problems proactively. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as an Estimation Engineer
• Strong proficiency in timeline management and problem-solving
• Excellent time management and task management skills
• Knowledge of cost estimation techniques and tools
• Familiarity with cost monitoring and reporting
• Ability to analyze project requirements and specifications
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering all relevant factors
• Research and analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost optimization
• Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints
• Prepare periodic reports on project cost performance
• Maintain documentation of cost estimation processes and update as needed
• Provide support in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors
• Assist in the development and improvement of estimation tools and methodologies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
