Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Site Engineer to join our team at Trident Dispatch. As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects, conducting site surveys, coordinating with clients, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical project management and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical project management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes
• Experience in contracting and working with subcontractors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct site surveys and analyze electrical requirements
• Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion
• Perform site surveys to assess project feasibility and determine electrical requirements
• Coordinate with clients to understand project specifications and provide regular updates on project progress
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
• Oversee quality control to ensure electrical systems meet industry standards and client expectations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize project risks
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and achieve project objectives
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and guidelines
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
