Job Overview

Engineering organization is seeking a motivated and meticulous Executive Assistant for Navi Mumbai, office. This full-time junior position requires between 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Executive Assistant will support executive management with various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and communication within the company.


Qualifications and Skills


Qualified Engineer (Mech or Elec or Electronics) with MBA Full time/ Part Time.


  • Calendar management - proficient in managing and organizing schedules and appointments (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional time management abilities - capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong organizational skills - adept at keeping workspaces and information orderly
  • Effective problem-solving skills - able to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently
  • High attention to detail - meticulous in completing tasks to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
  • Prioritization - ability to determine the importance and urgency of tasks to manage workload efficiently
  • Maintaining confidentiality - ensuring sensitive information is secure and private


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing and organizing executives' schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Communicating on behalf of executives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating and compiling data for various projects and initiatives
  • Maintaining and organizing filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and meetings
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
