Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RAMS Engineer - Electrical And Mechanical to join our team at AlOhdah Contracting Establishment, Riyadh. This role involves ensuring the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of Electrical and Mechanical systems. The candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar role. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop RAMS processes and procedures for electrical and mechanical systems
• Conduct RAMS analysis to identify and assess risks and reliability issues
• Perform MTBF prediction and reliability block diagram analysis
• Implement failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RAMS requirements are integrated into the design and development phases
• Develop and maintain RAMS documentation, including reports, test plans, and specifications
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical and mechanical systems to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with RAMS standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in RAMS engineering

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in RAMS engineering for electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong knowledge of reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) principles
• Must have prior RAMS expertise and experience of working in any Metro Rail / Airport project or any other infra projects are mandatory.
• Proficiency in conducting MTBF prediction, reliability block diagram analysis, FMEA, and FTA
• Experience in designing and developing RAMS processes and procedures
• Familiarity with RAM theory and analysis techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Certification in RAMS engineering is a plus
• Should be willing to work 10 hours a day for 6 days a week at our client project location.
• Should join immediately or a notice period of maximum 20-30 days will be given.
