JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
· Assist CEO on all routing matters on day to day basis including analysis and preparation of reports, coordination with various departments / outside agencies and maintenance of confidential files
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
· Exercise good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality
· Receive calls, greet visitors, take and relay messages, respond to requests for information.
· Review incoming and outgoing correspondences, co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations and initiate replies as appropriate ensuring conformance to general policy and factual correctness
· Maintain and create files or records keeping system, calendars, schedules and coordinate appointments.
· Prepare MIS reports and power point presentations, route matters requiring action by staff or other organisations and follow up to ensure actions are completed
· Organize travel arrangements, conferences, meetings, registering for conferences / seminars and make related travel and hotel arrangements.
· Support / Assist documentation and activities related to ISO Certification
· Any other jobs that can be assigned by the management from time to time
