Education and Experience:

• The incumbent should be a graduate and must possess at least 2 years of experience in a professional service industry, preferably in KPO, BPO, Consulting services, IT services, or RPO.
• Must have proven experience in lead generation across the globe.
• Experience in social media and Internet campaigning and promotion is highly desirable.

Skills and Attributes:

• Must have excellent communication skills and sound telephone etiquette.
• Computer savvy and experience in database management and navigation
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with prospective and existing customers.
• Must possess good business sense and the confidence to ‘sell’ ideas.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on business goals.
• The candidate must hold high standards of ethical conduct by maintaining customer data with integrity.
