• Proven sales experience in the travel industry, particularly in airlines sales, PPC sales, and travel sales.
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, including the ability to advise clients on the best places to visit and activities to do.
• Exceptional communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and understanding their travel needs.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and ensure timely bookings and follow-ups.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools to track bookings and manage client information.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle any travel-related issues that may arise for clients.

• Engage with US clients to understand their travel preferences and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Handle inquiries and bookings for air, hotel, car rentals, and other travel services through various sales channels.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential clients and closing sales deals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the travel industry to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote special offers and travel packages.
• Handle payment transactions and ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately and timely.
• Resolve any travel-related issues clients may encounter by coordinating with various service providers.
