Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated US Travel Sales Agent to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time role perfect for an individual passionate about travel and capable of driving sales growth by promoting our customized travel packages. If you have excellent sales and communication skills along with a deep knowledge of various travel destinations, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales experience in the travel industry, particularly in airlines sales, PPC sales, and travel sales.
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, including the ability to advise clients on the best places to visit and activities to do.
- Exceptional communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and understanding their travel needs.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and ensure timely bookings and follow-ups.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools to track bookings and manage client information.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle any travel-related issues that may arise for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with US clients to understand their travel preferences and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Handle inquiries and bookings for air, hotel, car rentals, and other travel services through various sales channels.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential clients and closing sales deals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the travel industry to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote special offers and travel packages.
- Handle payment transactions and ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately and timely.
- Resolve any travel-related issues clients may encounter by coordinating with various service providers.
