Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling holiday operations for Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and African countries.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Upselling extra services to existing customers and generating revenue for the company.
• Taking handover from the sales team including - connecting with guests for post-sale queries, timely handover of travel documents to guests, payment collections, visa processing, and briefing clients about the package details.
• Collecting post-tour feedback from guests and increasing positive reviews
• Responsible for day-to-day holiday transactions and maintaining reports.
• Offering customers uninterrupted services and ensuring near-zero escalations.

• Must be proficient in handling long-haul destinations and clients.
• Understanding and anticipating customer needs and travel preferences.
• Should have the zeal to meet or exceed post-sales file handling with efficiency and contribute to month-over-month growth.
