8.5s in the shop floor to be maintain & practice

9.Analysis of the daily quality problems & report.

10.Onsite work monitoring and reporting day wise

11.Control of Absenteeism

12.Meeting the customer delivery dates.

13.Maintain the spares of tools & fixtures & report the down time.

14.Basic Training for new operators

15.Production flag off activities

16.Improvement activities to reduce defects

17.In-Process audit and Internal Audit

18.Process Inspection and FAI clearance

19. developing the support fixtures and gauges for productivity improvement

20.Identifying risk over the project and mitigation plan for risk
