Job Description:

· BOM Preparation with respect to drawings/specifications/Samples

· RFQ Tracker, FAV Reports, FAV Tracker to be done for every dispatch

· Auto CAD Drawing preparation.

· Understand the overall project by studying the respective drawing and specification.

· Leading the project by vision of customer delivery.

· Analysing the risk, value addition and investment to execute the project.

· Conducting of meeting with CFT to understand the customer requirement.

· Task Assigning and negotiate the target dates within CFT to meet the customer delivery.

· Circulating the issues and progress to the management.

· Conducting the daily meeting with CFT to understand the issue and bottle necks which effect for the customer satisfaction.

· Alternate the suggestion to customer for design improvement and cost reduction.

· Selection of tools and equipment’s for the project.

· Responsible for on time quote and on time delivery for new project to the customer.

· Conducting weekly review meeting with customer to brief the project progress and clarification if any.

· Development of fixtures and gauges for the project.

· Preparation of process time sheet for the project quote.

· Converting the customer specification into respective APQP document (PFC, QP, Test Plan, CTQC, Route Card and Tractability) to execute the project.

· Responsible for CMS for respective projects by maintaining the track of changes with revision status.

· Comparing the changed specification by providing the compared data to respective department for checking the cost effectiveness.

· Initiating and participating in PFMEA.

· Process Validation and Qualification before start up the special process at development stage.

· Development of First Article by APQP tool and preparing the APQP documents. (PFC, QP, CTQC etc.,)

· Practice and Maintain 5S standards in engineering department as required.

· Co-ordinate for the PPAP documents preparation and its approval from customer.

· Conducting Process & Product Audits.

· Handling Departmental activities.
