Job Role Overview:

As a Recovery Officer, your main role will involve:

- Regular **follow-ups** with customers via phone calls and in-person visits to recover overdue amounts.

- Traveling to various customer locations to facilitate the recovery process.

- Maintaining accurate records of all recovery actions taken.

- Working closely with internal teams and the legal department to ensure timely collection.

- Ensuring that all interactions with customers are handled professionally and tactfully, keeping in mind the company's reputation and customer relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking candidates with strong negotiation and communication skills. Candidates should be persistent, detail-oriented, and able to handle difficult situations with a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in recovery or collections will be required, with the right mindset and attitude are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly interact with customers to **negotiate settlements** and recover dues.

- Analyze and assess customer accounts to **identify overdue balances** and follow up accordingly.

- Visit customer premises when necessary to facilitate recovery.

- Document interactions with customers and provide reports on recovery status.

- Work under the guidance of the **recovery manager** and support them in achieving targets.

Travel Requirements:

The role involves **extensive travel**, as the recovery process may require visiting various customer locations. The ability to travel within designated areas is essential for this position. Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel daily to meet the recovery targets.
