Designation : Sr. Operation Manager - Air & Sea

• Candidates from the Logistics / CHA Industry only.
• Min of 5 years of Experience in Customs Clearance field.
• Well versed with all Customs / Excise/ HSN Code / Notifications / Circulars / P.N.
• G & H Card Holder with very good Communication skills ( Both Oral / Writing)
• Well versed in Auditing the Check list ( Both Import & Exports)
• Well versed with all Scheme Clearances
• Good knowledge on documents requirement.
• Good team Leader & ready to travel to all the branches.

Experience:- Candidates should have Experience from logistics or Import/Export Industry atleast 3 to 5 yrs .

1. Should have 2- 5 years of Experience in Air & Sea

2. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

3. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

4. Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

5. Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

6. Formulate strategic and operational objectives

7. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

8. Manage budgets and forecasts

9. perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

10. Recruit, train and supervise staff

11. Find ways to increase quality of customer service

12. G & H Card Holder with 1 - 2 years experience

13. Leader shipment quality (Ensure matrix report & process documents avilablty)
