Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Business Development role located in Mumbai The Sales & Business Development professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Business Development professional will work closely with the management team to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
Qualifications
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Proven track record in lead generation and sales
• Experience in conducting research on markets and customers
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Bachelor's or Masters in degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry is a must.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Hindi, Marathi
• International sales experience is an added advantage
