·      Contracting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

·      Follow up on the database/ leads provided by the company.

·      Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

·      Generating Leads.

·      Sharing leads to field sales Team

·      Ensure closure of leads generated.

·      Customer support

·      Data Management of customers / Customer call MIS

·      Maintain daily, weekly, Monthly data.

·      Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
