Job Description: UI/UX Designer & Developer (Tailwind CSS Expert)

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer & Developer with expertise in Tailwind CSS and a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a UI/UX Designer & Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.

2. Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using industry-standard design tools and Tailwind CSS for efficient styling.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer & Developer or similar role.

2. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.

3. Extensive portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with a focus on Tailwind CSS implementation.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

5. Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
