Job Tittle - Tele sales Executive
Experience - 1 to 5 years
Responsibilities:
Developing and sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
· Should be hands on in managing calling data in XL sheets
· Create follow ups, maintain status and filter warm leads
· Expected candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills
· Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Requirements:
