Experience- 6 to 7 yrs

Qualification- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / Engineering

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project lifecycle from concept to customer delivery.
• Organizing project deliverables and plan activities as per project goals, milestones and deliverables.
• Track and Implement change management as per product and project requirements.
• Evaluate and manage project velocity and stakeholder expectation.
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Creating and managing long-term goals.
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyzing program risks and mitigation plan.
• Tracking project processes, deliverables.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) / Certified Associate in Project Management.
• Having coding experience of at least 3 to 4 years.
• Must have managed a team of developers.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
