· Bachelor's degree

· At least 8 years of relevant procurement experience in a construction , with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

· Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory management

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and contractors

· Knowledge of construction materials, commercial terms, and laws pertaining to procurement

· Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel, ERP software, and web-based procurement platforms

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
