Looking for Procurement Manager for Construction company Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identifying Suppliers / Vendors for Civil, Interiors and MEP materials
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders and managing the logistics
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers to ensure proper stock availability
  • Vendors Premises to be Visited

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7 years or more experience as a Procurement executive / manager in Civil, Interiors and MEP materials
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
  • Negotiation skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
