Responsibilities: 


Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking events. 

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 

Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis. 

Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. 

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. 

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline. 

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge. 

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, sharing best practices and ideas with the sales team. 

  


Requirements: 


Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the professional services industry. 

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. 

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. 

Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. 

Knowledge of the consultancy industry and its trends is a plus.
