Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Traczen Consulting Services LLP. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, records, and reports of our clients. This is a full-time position based in India with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients
• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Handle general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and data entry
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Provide support in audits and financial reviews
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws
