Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bid Manager to join our team at TRACKNOVATE MOBILE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bidding process, preparing and submitting tender proposals, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in bid management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of bidding platforms such as GEM, e-tendering, and e-procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Negotiation and contract review skills.
• Experience in the technology or mobile resource management industry is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including identifying opportunities, analyzing requirements, and developing bid strategies.
• Prepare and submit tender proposals, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and meets the client's requirements.
• Coordinate with various internal teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to gather information and create compelling bids.
• Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
• Track and manage all bid documentation, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest bidding techniques and tools, and suggest improvements to the bid management process.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the company's capabilities and win new business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of awarded projects.
