Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Tracklinehr. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, and convincing them to make a purchase. This is a junior-level position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in the local language and basic knowledge of English

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs
• Explain product features and benefits to customers and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain a record of all calls made and update customer information in the database
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
