Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level IT Operations professional based at our facility in Anand. This full-time role involves managing and improving our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable operations. The successful candidate will have expertise in A+ and N+ (Mandatory skills), and be well-versed in networking systems and Microsoft SQL Server.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in A+ and N+ certifications is mandatory for effective performance in this role.
• Proficiency in CCNA to manage complex networking configurations and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of networking systems to support the company's IT infrastructure needs.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server for managing databases and ensuring data integrity.
• Solid understanding of hardware systems to diagnose and resolve IT hardware-related issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and mitigate IT operational challenges.
• Good communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
