Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and possess excellent communication and selling skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach towards sales
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Coimbatore is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and create a database of leads
• Meet sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our real estate projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
