Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
Qualifications and Skills
- More than 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Good business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Experience in qualifying prospects and closing sales deals
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development activities
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve overall company goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales
