Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment. The job location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ability to head hunt and attract passive candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in bulk hiring for real estate or construction industry is preferred
• Strong team handling skills
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and software
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Experience in home textile manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support in the recruitment process
• Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
• Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, when necessary, to meet hiring targets
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the management
