Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement
• Experience with bulk hiring and sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific positions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific positions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
