Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architect to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Junior Architect, you will contribute to the design and development of various architectural projects, focusing on 3D elevation, rendering, and communication. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect or in a similar role
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit, BIM)
• Strong ability in 3D elevation and rendering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on high-rise buildings is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects and designers in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs
• Create 3D elevations and renderings to visualize design concepts
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes
• Communicate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Contribute to design presentations and client meetings
• Participate in site visits and inspections
