We are seeking a Visa Expert with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Visa Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to individuals seeking to study in Australia. This is a full-time position located in Rajpura, Punjab, India. Only female candidates will be considered for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in visa and immigration consultancy
• In-depth knowledge of visa application procedures and requirements for Canada and Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English and Punjabi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and assistance to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia
• Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and interview preparation
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations
• Coordinate with universities and colleges to ensure smooth processing of applications
• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients throughout the visa application process
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and visa applications
