Job Description-
Designation-Manager Visa
1. Working closely with Admission and Counselling Team to educate them about changing Student Visa Rules
2. Lead the team
3. Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the student Visa application process
4. Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers
5. Helping team to manage the students and providing advice in preparing the visa files
6. Liaising with the students to confirm that everything is done before the interview date.
7. Liaising with different embassies as and when required
8. Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals.
9. Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business.
10. Train students for Visa Interview
11. Provide training sessions to team
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Candidate Must have a strong knowledge about Canada & Australia Visa Rules & Regulations
2. Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements etc
3. Result‐orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
4. Team Handling experience
5. Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written both), Well presented & confident, Good PR skills, Good keyboard skills, academically bright.
6. An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
