Job Overview

We are seeking a Trainer for our branch in Jagraon, Punjab, India. As a Trainer at Touchstone Educationals LLP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students preparing for the IELTS exam. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in a teaching role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Strong command over English language, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals
• Ability to adapt teaching methodologies based on the needs of the students
• Patience and empathy towards students from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with the IELTS exam pattern and scoring criteria will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and engaging training sessions to students preparing for the IELTS exam
• Develop and implement training curriculum based on the needs of the students
• Provide timely feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students through regular assessments and mock tests
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment for students
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of IELTS coaching
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch
