Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Trainer to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP in Chandigarh. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IELTS training to our students. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. This opportunity is open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of the IELTS exam and its scoring system
• Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of students
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS training sessions to students
• Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback
• Develop and implement effective training materials and resources
• Monitor and track students' progress and provide additional support where needed
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, techniques, and test formats
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training programs
