We are hiring a talented and enthusiastic Female Tele Caller to join our team . As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our educational services. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our educational services
• Promote and sell our educational programs to prospective students
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and addressing customer concerns
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
• Maintain a database of customer information and update relevant records
