Job Overview

We are seeking a Softskill Trainer to join our team at Lamrin tech skill University. As a Softskill Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive soft skills training to our students. This includes providing guidance and support in areas such as communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in conducting soft skills training programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Masters in English- Regular
• Proven experience in delivering soft skills training programs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students.
• Good understanding of adult learning principles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Certification in soft skills training is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver effective soft skills training to our students.
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Provide individual and group coaching to enhance soft skills abilities.
• Assess the training needs of students and tailor programs accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training approach.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in soft skills training.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and student performance.
