Job Overview

Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a Sales Counselor for our branch in Mohali. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for providing Ielts counselling. This is a full-time position for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

We need graduate females for -11:30 to 9:00 shift (Night shift allowance would be paid)

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Prior experience in education counseling or sales is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert counseling to students and their parents including course selection.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure their understanding and progress in the enrollment process
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials to increase brand awareness
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
