Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Tarn Taran Sahib, Punjab, India, with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Knowledge of the visa and immigration process is preferred
• Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in achieving their sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting potential students in the visa and immigration process
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through various channels
• Maintain a database of potential leads and update it regularly
• Organize and attend sales events, seminars, and workshops
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts and invoices
• Support the sales team in any other tasks as required
