Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated IELTS Trainer to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and personalized training to individuals who are preparing for the IELTS exam. This is a full-time position based in Phagwara, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Passionate about helping students achieve their goals
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and proficient in IELTS
• Outstanding interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• High level of professionalism and dedication
• Previous teaching experience or certification in English language teaching is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and engaging IELTS training sessions to individuals or small groups
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of each student and customize the training accordingly
• Provide guidance and support to students in all four modules of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and study materials
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback
• Conduct mock tests and practice exercises to familiarize students with the exam format and improve their time management skills
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS trends, exam changes, and teaching methodologies
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and assessments
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the quality of IELTS training programs
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
