Job Overview

Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking an English Language Trainer to join our team in Raikot, Punjab, India. As an English Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to students who are interested in studying abroad in Canada or Australia. This is a full-time position ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent command over the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their language learning goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Knowledge of IELTS and/or other English language proficiency tests is a plus.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the individual learning needs of students.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct English language training sessions for students.
• Create lesson plans and course materials to suit the needs of students.
• Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and track students' progress and make necessary adjustments to the training program.
• Provide support and guidance to students throughout their language learning journey.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the training sessions.
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve the curriculum.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
