Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ielts Trainer to join our team . As an Ielts Trainer, you will be responsible for providing excellent coaching and guidance to students preparing for the Ielts exam. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field
• Certification in Ielts training or relevant experience
• Proven experience as an Ielts Trainer or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of the Ielts exam format, scoring criteria, and test preparation strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and resources

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting Ielts training sessions for small groups of students
• Developing and delivering customized study plans to meet the unique needs of each student
• Providing guidance and support to students throughout their Ielts preparation journey
• Evaluating students' progress and identifying areas for improvement
• Administering mock tests and providing feedback to enhance students' exam performance
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest Ielts exam patterns and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
• Collaborating with other trainers and staff to create a supportive and motivating learning environment
• Assisting in organizing Ielts workshops, seminars, and events to provide additional learning opportunities for students
• Maintaining accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress
