Job Overview
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and providing assistance to clients. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India.
Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding our programs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
