Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Executive to join our team at Total RCM Solutions in Bangalore. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves managing various HR and administrative operations to support our growing team and ensure seamless office administration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role.
- Proficient in hiring processes, including job posting, screening, and interviews.
- Experience with onboarding procedures, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated.
- Capability to manage office administration tasks such as supplies, maintenance, and logistics.
- Skilled in handling exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and completing necessary documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage HR and admin operations efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to welcome and orient new employees.
- Handle office administration tasks such as coordinating maintenance, ordering supplies, and ensuring a smooth office environment.
- Oversee the coordination of exit formalities, including exit interviews and final settlement processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all HR and administrative needs are met effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of HR and admin processes.
