This combination role will suit those who are passionate and can apply their creative talent and innovative minds to manage and deliver great sales and operational results effectively.

The ideal candidate should completely understand travel sales (Holiday Package sales) and business development and must have previously managed overseas agents and FTOs. (Mandatory)

About the role:

1. As a travel consultant, you will create holiday booking quotes, costing, sales, etc.
2. Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
3. Negotiation with hotels and contracting. Maintaining good relations with Agents and suppliers.
4. Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.
5. Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound).

Job Requirements:

1. The candidate must be from the travel industry only.
2. A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
3. Minimum 2-10 years experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory).
4. Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.
5. An eye for detailing and customer experience-driven approach.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Excellent Negotiation, Contracting, and Interpersonal skills.
8. Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioral skills.
9. A creative flair and high attention to detail.
10. Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
