- Layout and Detail drawing
- Making Detail & prospective furniture drawing with 3 D
- Making Bill of quantity
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively
- Strong Auto cad and knowledge of Adobe Suites, Revit, Sketch-Up and/or 3-D Studio Max
- Coordinate with project managers at site through team to ensure execution is as per standards and desired design
- Knowledge of life safety codes and requirements.
