  • Job Summary:
  • The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities,
  • developing strategic partnerships, and driving long-term growth and profitability for the
  • company. This role involves extensive market research, client relationship management, and
  • collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsibilities:
  • 1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends,
  • and competitive landscape.
  • o Analyze data to develop insights and strategies to expand the company’s
  • market presence.
  • 2. Business Strategy Development:
  • o Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand
  • customer base.
  • o Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the
  • company's goals and objectives.
  • 3. Client Relationship Management:
  • o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • o Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that meet their
  • requirements.
  • 4. Sales and Negotiation:
  • o Lead negotiations and close agreements with clients and partners.
  • o Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective
  • clients.
  • 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • o Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to
  • ensure alignment on business development strategies.
  • o Provide feedback from clients and market insights to improve product
  • offerings and service delivery.
  • 6. Reporting and Analysis:
  • o Track sales and business development activities and provide regular progress
  • reports to management.
  • o Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business
  • development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • 7. Networking and Representation:
  • o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events
  • to promote the company’s products/services and build contacts.
  • Requirements:
  • • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • (Master’s degree preferred).
  • • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
  • in the relevant industry.

  • • Skills:
  • o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • o Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • o Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • o Ability to work as part of a team.
