- Job Title: Business Development Executive
- Job Summary:
- The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities,
- developing strategic partnerships, and driving long-term growth and profitability for the
- company. This role involves extensive market research, client relationship management, and
- collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Responsibilities:
- 1. Market Research and Analysis:
- o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends,
- and competitive landscape.
- o Analyze data to develop insights and strategies to expand the company’s
- market presence.
- 2. Business Strategy Development:
- o Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand
- customer base.
- o Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the
- company's goals and objectives.
- 3. Client Relationship Management:
- o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- o Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that meet their
- requirements.
- 4. Sales and Negotiation:
- o Lead negotiations and close agreements with clients and partners.
- o Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective
- clients.
- 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- o Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to
- ensure alignment on business development strategies.
- o Provide feedback from clients and market insights to improve product
- offerings and service delivery.
- 6. Reporting and Analysis:
- o Track sales and business development activities and provide regular progress
- reports to management.
- o Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business
- development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- 7. Networking and Representation:
- o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events
- to promote the company’s products/services and build contacts.
- Requirements:
- • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- (Master’s degree preferred).
- • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
- in the relevant industry.
- • Skills:
- o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- o Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- o Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- o Ability to work as part of a team.
