Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring the effective execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will also support various HR initiatives and help cultivate a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post job advertisements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts and disputes.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Conduct HR audits and implement necessary changes.
  • Handle employee records and maintain confidentiality.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist in salary administration and benefits management.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Provide information and support on employee benefits.

HR Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for management review.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations.

Miscellaneous:

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Participate in HR-related meetings and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
