Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to our clients and assisting them in planning and booking their trips. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, and travel operations. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages
  • Familiarity with travel operations and itinerary planning
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Valid travel industry certifications (e.g., IATA certification) will be an added advantage


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities
  • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, attractions, and visa requirements
  • Offer personalized travel recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any client issues or concerns related to travel bookings
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new travel destinations
  • Maintain client records, including travel preferences and past travel history
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote travel packages and services
  • Achieve sales targets and generate revenue for the company
